View Case Studies on Retrofit and Refurbishment projects

Retrofit Scotland is committed committed to the development and dissemination of refurbishment best practice. View their collection of Case Studies on retrofit projects.

It has been said that the only green building is the one that already exists. While many of these existing buildings fall short of current standards for thermal efficiency they are valuable assets, which form the glue of our streetscapes and communities.

Retrofit Scotland is a collaboration of organisations committed to the development and dissemination of refurbishment best practice. They have collated Case Studies on Retrofit and Refurbishment projects, which outline retrofit measures and most importantly – lessons learned.

Case studies cover both housing and non- domestic projects and the site enables visitors to search by age of properties, location and retrofit measures.
